The SkinPen® state-of-the-art, anti-ageing treatment stimulates skin’s natural ability to repair itself. The body begins to break down damaged tissue and produce healthy new cells. These cells repair and remodel the injured tissue, producing new collagen and elastin. By taking advantage of that natural process by creating hundreds of temporary or micro-channels, in the skin.

These “fractionated” micro-channels are created thanks to the brilliant design of the SkinPen® disposable needle cartridge, which achieves its work without any thermal energy or chemicals applied to the skin. Every treatment utilises a single-use use completely sterile head cartridge.

It creates minimal discomfort, which is tolerable to many people, however, a topical anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment to numb the skin’s surface and avoid any discomfort. Treatment sessions tend to last an hour and can be full or half face. We also use the skin pen to treat the hands and décolleté.

Following treatment, your therapist will be able to recommend an aftercare regime that will help prolong the results. Depending on the treatment area and the problem being addressed, additional treatments may be required with an interval of 4-6 weeks between sessions.
